An Embedded Auto-calibration Approach Used in One-Port Calibration of VNA

摘要：

　　An embedded auto-calibration approach used in Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) is presented in this paper.To avoid the mismatch between calibration plane and measurement plane, the electronic standards are characterized by a novel method.The good performance of the approach is shown by measurement results.
