Optimal Vector Method for Image Reconstruction of the Uniplanar Multi-electrode System
Aiming at the detection of damages in composite components on aircraft, a uniplanar multi-electrode system is introduced.Electric potential distribution in the detection area is solved by finite element analysis, and the sensitivity matrix is calculated.To reconstruct the images with damage information, which is known as an ill-posed inverse problem, the application of optimal vector method is studied.A numerical minimizing gray level vector sequence that remains on an invariant manifold is built and then regularization parameter is optimally computed at each iteration by minimizing a merit function.The simulation results show that the optimal vector method can reconstruct the image with better accuracy at a higher speed than classic methods.
