JPEG2000 Compression and Decompression System Based on Bayer Image
Aiming at the defects in the existing high-resolution Bayer image compression system, a real-time compression and decompression system based on the hardware archuitecture of AD V212 + FPGA + W5 300 is proposed This system is composed of an image compression board, which receives the real-time image stream from the Camera Link interface and transmits the compressed stream to the host computer through the Ethernet, and a decoding software which receives and decompresses the stream for display.The experiments testify that this system has features in high efficiency, high compression ratio and friendly software interface.
