Realization of High-Speed and Big-Capability Data Recorder

  Data-recording device for aircraft requires high-speed, high-capacity and non-volatile storage.In the paper, we provide a good solution for high-speed large-capacity data logger.We use FPGA as controller, SDRAM as high-speed data buffer, CF card as a non-volatile data memory and USB2.0 as Communication interface to design a dual-channel data logger.The Test results show that the recorder sampling rate is 120MSa/s, single-channel data store rate is 38MB/s, the total capacity is 64GB, and data upload rate is up to 30MB/s.Therefore it meets the expectations.
