Uncertainty analysis of river water environmental capacity

  The rivers water environmental system is a large one which is full of uncertainty and complexity, so it is difficult to reflect the dynamic characteristics of rivers water environmental capacity by using traditional environmental capacity models. Using the theories of both the interval number and triangular fuzzy number to define the parameters in the traditional environmental capacity models, both the interval number model and the triangular fuzzy number model for calculating the rivers water environmental capacity are established. From the models proposed above, the interval number and triangular fuzzy number of the river s water environmental capacity can be derived to reflect the range of rivers water environmental capacity dynamics. The models are applied to calculate the water environmental capacity of Central Shanxi Reach of Wei River in China.
