A study on correlation between web search data and housing price Evidence from Beijing and Xian in China

摘要：

　　The paper studied the correlation between web search data and housing price, then made a comparative analysis between Beijing and Xian in China.An empirical study of Beijing and Xian has been conducted to verify the predict ability of web search data, and found that the predict ability of web search data has a certain relationship with economic development level of the region, and web search data has a better explanation ability for the fluctuation of housing price in developed region, like Beijing.
