Organizational entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial orientation:The role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy

　　Based on social cognitional theory,this study proposes an organizational entrepreneurial climate based model of entrepreneurial orientation.The model indicates the complex interaction among organizational entrepreneurial climate(OEC),entrepreneurial selfefficacy( ESE) and entrepreneurial orientation(EO).The empirical study results show that the model has a good fit.OEC has a significant effect on EO.Also,a mediating effect of ESE on the relationship between OEC and EO is identified.
