　　The aim of the study is to propose a new organization model of sci-tech innovation platforms for the secondary innovation resources integration to promote the development of innovative city construction,which is based on the fact that there is a positive correlation between scitech innovation platforms and innovative city by an empirical analysis of Fujian province.
