China’s Way towards Innovation and Competition:The Perspective of Intellectual Property

　　The purpose of this study is to offer a snapshot of the evolution of innovation in China from the angle of the intellectual property policy initiatives.Based on a detailed investigation in the intellectual property sector,it also tries to reveal the dilemma in China’s intellectual property pushing innovation,and whether China has succeeded in forming a synergistic relationship between technology policy and intellectual property system.It argues that China,as a huge and fast-going emerging economy,needs to rethink its innovation and intellectual property Policy in based on a long-term strategic consideration.
