Benefit Analysis of Green Building

摘要：

　　With the human civilization and social progress, technological development and construction projects,people are increasingly aware of the promotion of the economic benefits of building works, social and envi ronmental benefits harmonization, people, architecture and nature harmonious development the importance.In this paper, the economic and social benefits of green building modeling analysis, the development of green buildings need for sustainable development of our society and the environment.First, engineering and economic principles of a mathematical model to analyze the economic benefits of green building; Secondly, from the comfort of the living environment, space rational use of low-carbon environmental protection,health, energy-saving point of view of the social and environmental benefits of green building play, conclu ded on the promotion of green Building social necessity.
