The Research and Application of Innovative Fiber Composite Structures in Civil Engineering

　　The research of innovative fiber composite structures and their application in civil engineering are intro duced.This paper focuses on the mechanical properties of sandwich composites and the interface mechanical properties of wood core sandwich composites.Then several engineering applications of innovative fiber com posite structures such as pavement matting, sheet piles and anti-collision system are introduced.
