A reversed method for the construction of a fitting raglan sleeve for womens wear
As for the traditional method of constructing a fitting raglan sleeve for womens wear, the independent variables are the tilt angle of the sleeve centerline and the crown height.However, this paper will explore a reversed method in which the independent variables are the tilt angle of the sleeve eenterline and the intersection point of body and sleeve.To illustrate its feasibility, we have done samples in which the value of variables is different, and analyzed the aesthetics and comfort of raglan sleeves influenced by these variables.Finally, we have found the regression equation, which reflects the relation between variables, aesthetics and comfort of raglan sleeves, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in practice.
