Research on close-fitting bodice prototype pattern of high elastic knitted garment
Specification algorithms method was commonly used in traditional knitted garments for pattern design.But when the clothing styles varied, it easily led to inaccurate costumes.In comparison, prototype method was well positioned to meet the diverse needs and wants of knitted garments.Currently, the knitted garments prototype pattern was obtained from the Japanese Cultural Prototype on the basis of a moderate adjustment.But it is difficult to control the pattern size changes for high elastic knitted garment.By draping method, the data of various parts of the body piece of high elastic knitted fabric were tested on mannequin and human body of different specifications.The main parameters of bodice prototype were drawn from the mathematical statistics method.Through application example, it was proved that when the prototype pattern data were changed moderately according to the fabric elasticity and fashion style, the fit, comfort and aesthetic requirements of tight-fitting knitted clothes were reached.
