Application and mechanism of Tea Saponin in dyeing and finishing pretreatment

　　This paper described the development process, preparation and purification methods, physical and chemical properties and applications of Tea Saponin.Combining the application of Tea Saponin in short pre-treatment of cotton fabric, the chemical reaction characteristics and mechanism of one-bath process were discussed.By the experimental analysis of the impact of various process parameters on the Tea Saponin one bath process, the optimum process prescription was obtained.By Tea Saponin qualitative analysis, its action mechanism was determined.It has a certain reference value in development and application of the Tea Saponin pre-treatment.
