Pre-treatment mechanism of Bu-gong tea saponin

Bu-gong tea saponin is a new type of scouring and bleaching pre-treatment agent.By qualitative and quantitative analysis of Bu-gong tea saponin, the oxidative substance of Bu-gong tea saponin is sodium percarbonate with content of 45%, and the alkalis are sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate with content of 29% and 4.5% respectively. In addition, the determination of oxidizing substances decomposition rate of the sodium percarbonate, can classify that sodium carbonate can decompose in water and produce almost all of the sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide, and thus play a bleaching effect. The pretreatment mechanism of Bu-gong tea saponin for cotton fabrics is similar to traditional caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide method.Pure cotton gray fabrics were processed with Bu-gong tea saponin pre-treatment fluid and the preparation of the traditional working fluid respectively. Results showed that the tea saponin blake effect ofpre-treatment was better than the traditional method.
