Study on recombination finish technology of flame retardant and hydrophilic of polysulfonamide/viscose blended fabric
The experiments of flame retardant and hydrophilic finish were carried out on polysulfonamide/viscose blended fabric.The flame-retardant agent and hydrophilic agent were selected and their dosages were optimized.The results showed that when the flame retardant agent was FPK 8002 and the hydrophilic agent was DP-9993, the optimum conditions of finish process was determined as follows: the blend ratio were 70/30, 60/40 and 50/50, the dosages of FPK8002 were 60,90,160g/L and the dosages of resin were 20, 30, 40g/L respectively.The dosage of DP-9993 was 10g/L.The multi-function including hydrophilic, flame retardant, wet gas absorption and UV protection could be composited when the method was that the hydrophilic finish was first and the flame retardant was followed.
