Study and the Field Trial on the Screening of the Demulsifier of Water Flooding Produced Liquid of the High Water-Cut O/W-Type Oil Field
Along with the long-term exploit of water flooding process of the oil field, which would result in the difficulty of demulsifying the water flooding produced liquid of high water-cut oil field, what would make the separation of oil and water difficultly. This research is seeking to screen a highly effective oil demulsifier through analyzing on the character of high water-cut water flooding produced liquid and its settling character as well as developing its field trials.According to the research,it is the most beneficial to the thermo chemistry dehydration when the maximum of the water-oil density difference occurs at 45 ℃ to 65 ℃,and then, the water cut ratio of the emulsified oil of the produced liquid would show up a decline trend along with the settling time extension.According to the field trial of the screened oil demulsifier GSH-7,in the dehydration process of the water flooding produced liquid of high water-cut O/W-type oil field, and under the circumstance of the same process condition and reducing 30 percent dosage in the oil demulsifier, the water cut ratio of the output oil would be less than 0.3% and the oil content of the dehydration wastewater would not be more than 500 mg/L.In sum,the oil demulsifier GSH-7 could ensure the water cut ratio of the output oil and the oil content of the dehydration wastewater, which would be put into practice of the oil dehydration industry to satisfy its need.
