Practice and Measures of Safety Drinking Water supply in Changchun
The development of Changchun water supply has fallen behind other city.This paper deals with issues relating to water resources,puplic water supplies,water quality and water supply strategy.The chief policies of solving the shortage are,(1) Saving water turning into abstertion of water consumption,(2) Increasing capacity of current project conveying water from the Second Songhua River by techno -renovation,(3) Utilizing sufficiently unconventional water resoures,for example,wastewater reuse and rain water,and (4) Third project conveying water from the Second Songhua River.The water development objective are advanced.The countermeasures to guarantee safety water supply have the raw water quality improvement,enhancement of conventional purification process,implementation of advanced water treatment technology,renovation of pipeline network and secondary water supply facilities.
