Details and Design of Company CIO Performance Evaluation

  The article presents the details of company CIO performance evaluation in four dimensions: strategy, execution, revolution and communication.And then, according to the specificity of CIO work, it introduces three main kinds of performance evaluation methods and brings in a concrete performance evaluation design plan— the Balanced Scorecard Mix with Fuzzy Evaluation Methods.
