　　To speed up the new generation migrant workers incentive security measures to meet their interest appeal is Chinas current economic and social development problems to be solved.This article analyzed the Demand situation and the interests of the new generation of migrant workers, paid much attention to their new characteristics, new demands and new problems, then explored a new mechanism for the new generation of migrant workers incentive problems.
