Waveguided Metallic Photonic Crystal Based Biosensor for Immunodetection

摘要：

　　A novel waveguided metallic photon label-free biosensor which couples the p resonance and the waveguide resonance m developed.It enhances the sensitivity of the p resonance by several times.And the sensor c modified with protein A.Three different concen IgG were detected.The results indicate that t correlation with the concentrations.And the sen reused many times by cleaning with the plas biosensor has advantages of low cost,simple d operation.
