Study on TRIP-Aided Steels of Annealed Martensite Matrix with High UTS·TE
A special TRIP steel with annealed martensite matrix (TAM steel) was obtained by fully quenched and annealed in two-phase region with C-Si-Mn chemical composition of common TRIP steels.The microstructure of TAM steel consisted of uniform fine annealed martensite matrix,interlath second phase (the retained austenite and bainite / martensite) which contributed to lowering the hardness of matrix and strength ratio to second phase,and reducing dislocation density.So TAM steel possessed large total elongation,high tensile strength and excellent stretch-flangeability.The tensile strength of TAM steel could reach 1200MPa or more,and the total elongation could be about 20%.
