Effect of Continuous Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 22MnB5 Hot Stamping Steel
The 22MnB5 hot stamping steel was produced by ULVAC CCT-AY-Ⅱ annealing simulation test machine with continuous annealing process.The effect of continuous annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated by SEM,EDS and tensile test.The results show that,the mechanical properties were changed non-monotonically with annealing temperature increased.The best mechanical properties were obtained annealing at 700 ~720℃,with low strength and good ductility,which were conducive to cutting process before hot stamping.The microstructure morphology annealed at different temperature was all ferrite and carbide.However,the morphology and distribution of carbides were different obviously.
