Development of Hot-Rolled High Strength Steel of 750MPa Level for Truck Beam

摘要：

　　The chemical composition,steelmaking,continuous casting process and hot rolling process of hot-rolled high strength truck beam steel with the tensile strength of 750MPa grade are designed based on the needs of the market and the requirement of technology development.With metallographic microstructure observation and mechanical property test,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties and its uniformity of the whole strip.In addition,the influence of slow cooling process on the strip is also discussed.The results show that the performance of S750L hot rolled strip can meet the requirement of the Chinese National Standard.At the same time,the mechanical properties of whole strip are uniform and stable,and the ductile to brittle transition temperature is about-40℃,which means excellent cold forming performance and success application to various requirements.
