Research on Energy Absorption of Quasi-Static and Dynamic Properties of High Strength TRIP Steel

  In this paper,The energy absorption properties of Bao Steel cold-rolled 600MPa TRIP steel in different strainrate were investigated,which were treated by TRIP and DP way.It showed that the energy absorption of TRIP and DP steel were independent of strain-rate in quasi-static tensile test.The difference of those steels on energy absorption was similar to the value,which was the residual austenite phase transformation stress energy and was calculated by thermocalc TQ interface.However,this difference in dynamic test is very small.In this case,the contribution of TRIP effect to high absorption performance was greatly diminished.
