Research on Cold Cracks of Welding 700MPa Grade High Strength Low Alloy Steel Sheet

摘要：

　　Cold cracks resistance of welding 700MPa grade high strength low alloy was studied by Y-groove cracking test.The effects of cold cracks resistance with different strength grade welding wire and welding parameters were analyzed.The results show that it is unnecessary to conduct heat treatment due to the low quenching tendency for 700MPa grade high strength low alloy steel sheet.It would have low weld cold cracks sensitivity under welding with two different strength grade welding wire.
