Research on Auto Welding Process Efficiency
Welding process efficiency directly affects the vehicle production efficiency and auto enterprise profits.In this paper resistance point welding was applied in 1.2mm DX56D+Z hot-dip galvanized strips to improve the welding efficiency without affecting welding quality.Both dipulse and monopulse systems were utilized to study the differences between the two in welding time,current range and metallurgical structure.After welding,the measures such as cross tension test and hardness test were conducted.According to the results the mechanical properties of monopulse system was better and the welding efficiency could be improved by 21.3%.
