Research in the Numerical Simulation Technology and Its Application for Hot Stamping

摘要：

　　Hot stamping technology is one of the effective ways to achieve high strength and thinning of body parts,improve vehicle crashworthiness.The core of the application of hot stamping technology is part design and tooling design,the design can not be separated from the numerical simulation support.Hot stamping technology applications relate to four types of numerical simulation,constituting the numerical simulation technology for the whole process of hot stamping.By analyzing the actual cases,the details of the numerical simulation technology for the whole process of hot stamping and its applications in hot stamping technology research are introduced in this paper.
