Study and Design on Optimization of Carport Structure based on ANSYS
This paper is built according to the study of a carport in a project of some a company.Firstly, the stress, strain and maximum deformation of original model are analyzed in industrial conditions, and then some reasonable methods of optimization and improvement measures are provided.Secondly, in order to achieve the optimization of carport structure, to achieve a significant reduction of the maximum deformation and to satisfy the engineering requirements , some comparative analysis are done between the revised model and the original model.At the same time it also provides a useful reference for the optimization of the beam structure of a similar bracket.
