Application of energy-saving technology about integrated control at Cluster Well Group

  This paper describes the cluster well central controlled energy-saving device developed for aiming at low efficiency, large energy consumption characteristics of the cluster apheresis well group.The search is based on the oil well production parameters, takes account of the main factor influencing the efficiency of the system of machine production wells, and integrates the following energy-saving innovation technologies: the soft-start control, the dynamic power factor compensation, a common DC bus, stepless frequency converter parameters, and dynamic power adjustment.It realizes the following purposes: optimizing the well production parameters, solving the low running efficiency and large power consumption of the pumping unit, improving the group of low-yielding plexus wells pumping system efficiency, saving energy in scale.
