The Study of Real-Time Simulation Model on Marine Diesel Engine
Engine real-time simulation model is necessary component of ECU HIL test system. It provides a good platform for testing the control strategy, control function and reliability of diesel engine ECU. In this paper, real-time simulation model of the electronically controlled common-rail marine diesel engine is built based on physical parameters and experiment parameters. In order to meeting real-time ability and accuracy of HIL simulation test system, other parts of diesel engine are used mean value model with high real-time, except combustion models are used nonlinear Chmela models with high precision . The paper introduces the compositions of diesel engine and expands modeling method of marine diesel engine keycompositions, which including air path system, fuel system, combustion system and crankshaft system. Finally, it verifies the accuracy and real-time ability of the model by the simulation results such as common rail pressure, injection mass, effective torque compared with the steady state experiment results on different running condition of diesel engine. So it indicates that the simulated model of building and simulated calculate measure are right and feasible.
