Optimization Strategies for Green Substation Assessment System in China:Based on LEED and Chinese Green-Building Evaluation Standard

　　This paper analyses the basic frame and evaluation principle of three assessment systems of the green-building which is respectively formulated by America and China.It studies the current situation of green substation assessment system in electric power industry, discusses the possibility of apply optimization strategies to green substation assessment system and puts forward several constructive suggestions.
