Characterizing Dielectric Constant of Ceramics by Mie Resonance Theory
we present an effective method based on Mie resonance theory to characterize dielectric constant of ceramics.A mixture of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3(BST) and MgO was used to fabricate dielectric cubes with length α=2mm.the first resonance frequencyf1 of our BST-MgO cube is 11.09GHz and we find that the relative pemittivity of our BST-MgO ceramic is 130 by comparing the simulation and experiment results.
