Approach System of Service Innovation Based on Elements

摘要：

　　The paper develops an approach system for service innovation based on service elements.It starts with the classifying of service innovation based on the analysis of five service elements which include supplier, customer, content, process and media.And then it deduces and designs a logical structure for service innovation by taking the five service elements into account.Finally, it integrates the innovation approaches with the service elements and constructs a new and practical approaches system that can guide and speed service enterprises to innovate.
