Study on the Satisfaction Degree of Food Safety from the Perspective of SEM

摘要：

　　The issue of food safety has always been the attention focus of social public, especially when the events took place, such as acebutolol, plasticizers, melamine and Sudan Red, which damaged seriously peoples health.This study explored the factors of affecting satisfaction degree of food safety by methods of factor analysis and structural equation model based on the sample data.Factors of satisfaction degree are analyzed, and the corresponding measures and mechanisms of ensuring food safety are also proposed.
