The Practice and Enlightenment of JP Morgans Merger and Acquisition

　　A various of complicated factors may have an affect on the behavior of merging, such as, the subject and object of M&A, the market environment of M&A, so itll have more realistic significance to study cases of merging than to discuss the statistical characteristics of M&A.Put JP Morgan as the research object, analyze the merging characteristics of JP Morgan, inspect the merging performance of JPM, and summarize three enlightenments to develop the banks of China.
