A Study on the Theories and Practice of Disaster Risk Management and Poverty Reduction:A New Issue

摘要：

　　In the new period of frequent natural disasters, the practical work and theoretical propositions of disaster risk management and poverty alleviation appear as a highly innovative and leading academic thesis.The article, based on existing resources and social practice, constructs a set of analysis framework on disaster risk management and poverty reduction, clarifies their logical relation, makes preliminary explanation for the current disaster risk management, compares the disaster risk management and poverty alleviation at home and abroad from the international perspective to use the successful experience for reference.
