Passion, Ideal and Reality --the Relationship between One Non-governmental Organization and Rural Communities during the Process of Post-earthquake Reconstructions and Its Significance
During the process of participating into the post earthquake reconstruction and development in rural communities, some non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are still clearly marked with traditional culture.They incline to rebuild rural communities under their own ideal blueprint, and the relationship of NGOs with villagers and county-level organizations, which formed during the post earthquake reconstruction and developmental programs, is authority obedience.This situation affects the interaction between NGOs and rural communities, actually impacts on developmental programs as well as the growing of civil society.
