Mechanism Innovation and Enlightenment to the Combination of Post-earthquake Reconstruction with Development-oriented Poverty Reduction for Poverty-stricken Villages in the Earthquake-stricken Wenchuan of Sichuan Province
This thesis expounds the background of combining post earthquake reconstruction with development-oriented poverty alleviation/anti-poverty of poverty-stricken villages in Wenchuan earthquake stricken area, introduces the fundamental measures and innovation system of combining post-earthquake reconstruction with development oriented poverty reduction of poverty-stricken villages in Sichuan Province, and deeply analyzes the achievements and challenges of post quake reconstruction in poverty-stricken villages of Sichuan Province.In the post-reconstruction period that the poverty-stricken villages have accomplished the basic task of reconstruction, the poverty red system of Sichuan Province adheres to the principles of the combination of helping the poor and assisting the needy with post-quake reconstruction, development-oriented poverty reduction with special industrial development, and works hard to explore the corresponding innovation mechanism based on applying such successful experience of pilot villages on reconstruction as pilot of post-disaster poverty reduction for poor villages of stricken areas, overall village poverty reduction for poor villages in stricken areas, classified guidance for poverty-stricken villages.At last, this thesis sums up some enlightenments on mechanism innovation for the combination of post quake reconstruction with development-oriented poverty reduction of the villages in Sichuan Province.
