A Cost-benefit Analysis of Disaster Risk Reduction

　　Because of an increasing number of natural disasters, DRR (Disaster Risk Reduction) becomes more and more important, especially for developing countries.since its difficult to reveal the benefits of DRR, DRR is often neglected in developing countries.Developing disaster insurance could improve the cost-benefit analysis of DRR, and help developing countries adopt DRR measures.
