Inthe post-disaster reconstruction process, the villagers of the impoverished villages in the earthquake-stricken areas impoverished villages know that reconstruction can lead to poverty or can make them return to poverty. But the state intervention, the political social mobilization and the institutional arrangement construct the legitimacy of reconstructive actions and mould the reconstructive field. The reconstructive subjects invest all their strength into the housing reconstruction project, and have generated a kind of unconventional action supported by the social capital operation which makes the impoverished villages post-disaster reconstruction in the earthquake-stricken longlasting areas become possible. However, when the effects of the practices are concerned, the exterior nature of the non conventional action have to be further noticed. The rise in price of market building materials and the lack of the longlasting effective mechanism of the action makes the non-conventional characteristics more prominent in the collective non-conventional action, which plays an important role in maintaining persistent and stable post-disaster reconstruction.
