Case Studies on Siemens Technological Innovation Risk Management System

　　Siemens ingeniously combined risk incentives and risk-control through 5 aspects actions, in the technological innovation risk management, not attacking the innovation power for the risk prevention, also not taking the oversized risk because of the drive innovation, thus ensuring Siemens sustained and steady development.A case study shows that the Siemens technology innovation risk management system includes five major aspects: Firstly, Siemens premised innovation and risk diversification with dear strategic by using internal risk investment.Secondly, Siemens divided different types of projects with classification management.Thirdly, Balanced input in multi-projects with cross-business.Fourthly, the project appraisal and risk management was combined throughout the entire project process.At last, Siemens established an effective team and individual motivation incentives.
