On the Model of Project Financing:Its RF and Related Prevention Based on SARW

　　Project financing has been widely used, but its risk of failure is high and related losses are heavy.Out of this crisis, advance risk warning and its related scores are of the firs importance, then the risk factors including limited understanding, bad preparation, ineffective operation, unreasonable management of the outcome, weak shield, etc., and at last the corresponding preventive measures including full understanding, good preparation, effective operation, reasonable management of the outcome, strong shield, etc.
