Property Bubble and Risk Management

摘要：

　　In recent years, Chinas asset bubble has been paid close attention to.At present, the main asset bubble is property bubble.By analyzing the relationship between the supply and demand of property, the paper expounds the origin of the bubble in property market and suggests how to forecast the occurrence of bubbles.On this basis, the paper gives some advices on how the government, developers, home buyers should make effective risk management of property bubble.
