The Adverse Influence of the Traditional Culture on the Internal Control Environment

　　The internal control is going into the comprehensive risk management framework, the good internal environment is the foundation of risk management.In the internal management , the board , the organization structure, the management philosophy and the mode of operation are essential, which have great correlation with the country s traditional culture, The traditional Chinese culture left us the valuable culture heritage, but at the same time, it also brought some negative impact to the modern market economy construction.The purpose of this theme is through the analysis of several cases, shows us the negative impact of traditional culture to risk management, and give some suggestion of imorovine.
