Research on Coal Enterprise Risk Management

摘要：

　　In the constant change of coal enterprise environment, all sorts of inadaptation of the growth 、development and management of enterprises could cause risk.Coal enterprises must be on the basis of itself point and determine the key link and main risk of risk management, to process the overall risk management focus the overall objective.On the basis of coal enterprises further research, this paper apply the related theory of business risk management and closely integrate coal enterprises general business processes, exploring the risk categories of coal enterprises, risk distribution and recognition framework and proposaling the specific method of coal enterprises risk control system.
