Evaluation of the Sequence of Voltage Levels Based on Low-carbon Theory
With the increased pressure of the power energy saving,Low carbon electricity is needed rapid development in the context of low-carbon economy nowadays. This will be low-carbon benefits as a starting point and shows the low-carbon emission reduction pathway from the grid side in this paper.Meanwhile, there can be reduced network losses by optimizing the sequence of voltage levels. From the conservation of energy conversion point of view,it should reference SE-DEA ( super efficiency data envelopment analysis) algorithm advantage, and can get these evaluation index which meet comprehensive targets and avoid the coupling of target.Including the network size of the power grid, the total power loss, the total investment costs, power grid reliability and an area size, technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system is established. In this paper the SE-DEA algorithm is applied to the field of program evaluation sequence voltage level, and evaluation process of Voltage level sequence is initially proposed. Finally, the model is applied the example of Zhengzhou New Area,When the load density of 2.5 MW/km2、5 MW/km2、10 MW/km2、25 MW/km2、30 MW/km2 and 40 MW/km2,the six comprehensive program of sequence of voltage levels of Urban Distribution Network are respectively evaluated,The results proves that the model is effective and reasonable.
