A Research on Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market Withdrawal Mechanism

摘要：

　　The establishment and implementation of withdrawal mechanism is of great significance to the development of growth enterprise market(GEM) which is an important financing platform for venture enterprises and start-up enterprises.In this paper,we firstly introduce the development situation of Hong Kong GEM,then we make an empirical analysis on this market’s withdrawal mechanism and study the delisting efficiency.At last,we discuss the reference meaning of Hong Kong GEM withdrawal mechanism to mainland stock market.
