A Study on the Run-in Process of Sustainable Innovational Corporate Culture in Research Joint Ventures
RJVs is a new type of joint competition mode which gathering enterprise will be the mainstay and innovation will be the purpose.RJVs require each joint enterprise to deal with the relationship between cooperation and internal operation.The run-in process of corporate culture is the powerful soft weapon to motivate the internal corporation of RJVs.Based on the knowledge of the levels of corporate culture.This article puts forward a culture run-in process model.The process is divided into culture recognition,running in,running state evaluation,implement and so on.Proceeding in an orderly way and step by step,the whole process runs through the RJVs cooperation.
