An Ethical Analysis of the Corporate Governance of Commercial Banks

摘要：

　　This paper reveals the ethical qualities of the corporate governance of commercial banks.The ethical defects of the corporate governance of commercial banks and the causes of ethical conflicts are investigated in great detail.And the recommendations of the ethical governance of commercial banks are demonstrated logically.This paper points out that the symbiotic goals of corporate governance should be established.And the ethical incentive mechanism of corporate governance should also be improved.At last we indicate that the lack of ethical corporate governance of commercial banks may give rise to ethical conflicts.
